What to do if the PowerStation discharges quickly when in use ?
The PowerStation is charged fully, it only charges my laptop 2 twice.
Please try the general troubleshooting steps:
1.May I confirm if you turned off all ports (no led lights are on) when you do not use the PowerStation? When any of the control buttons are turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. Please turn off the button when you do not use the PowerStation.
2. Please calculate how many times a fully charged PowerStation can give to your laptop. then we can confirm if the charging times is reasonable or not
Battery capacity (Wh) of PowerStation x Conversation rate ÷Battery capacity (Wh) of your laptop= charging times
